Helsinki Design Week is an annual city festival, with the purpose of attuning and introducing people to new design. Operating through various media, collaborations and events, we invite design
devotees to encounters, idea exchange and shared experiences. The yearly program includes an array of events including workshops, exhibitions, fashion shows, festivities, seminars, visits to
studios and closed-for-public spaces as well as shopping opportunities.
Founded in 2005 and currently in the process of expanding both in terms of geography and time, Helsinki Design Week works closely with City of Helsinki, ZonaTortona and Nordic Fashion Association.
With an aim to further deepen our multi-disciplinary take on design, we see fashion as an increasingly important area of emphasis for us in the future.
