Nordic Fashion Association, and the partners collaborating on NICE, are the Nordic countries' fashion organisations, namely:
Danish Fashion Institute; Helsinki Design Week ;Icelandic Fashion Council; Oslo Fashion Week; and Swedish Fashion Council.
In order to make an equal division, these organisations each have a representative in the Board of Directors.

As a means for advising and inspiring the Board of Directors in all strategic decisions regarding the different projects, an Advisory Board has been set up. It is composed by at least 10 fashion companies from each country, representing all levels of the fashion industry, ranging from micro companies to multinational enterprises, where some have prior experience in working within sustainability and others have none. The Advisory Board is extremely important in order for the project management to get a feeling of what the industry actually needs, and where it will be possible and successful to set in.

Besides the Advisory Board, a Panel of Experts has been set up, consisting of experts within the fields of CSR, business development and fashion. The panel will have an advisory role in relation to the Board of Directors and the overall project, and assist in exploring future goals and opportunities.

Besides NFA, a number of institutions, organisations, companies and schools are collaborating and participating in the different projects of NICE. Various partners, ranging from educational institutions, private and public organisations, to NGOs, compose the project teams.
